Morale System Overhaul
- Fluid Linear Interpolation: Morale now scales smoothly from 0–100 with a neutral midpoint at 50
- No more hard caps: Effects are calculated proportionally to the distance from the neutral point instead of fixed thresholds
- Morale 100: +8% Damage, +3% Crit, +5 Initiative
- Morale 0: -10% Damage, -3% Crit, -5 Initiative
- Synchronized across all three combat engines (gameLogic, qteLogic, combatAnalysis)
- Passive morale recovery remains capped at 60 — high morale must be earned through victories or rest
Combat & Balance
- 2H-Sword Parry Buff: Parry modifier increased from 0.4 to 0.7 (70% parry effectiveness)
- Fallback synchronization across all three combat engines
Legendary Equipment
- Titans Grip QTE Fix: The legendary passive "Titans Grip" (Gladius Maximus) now correctly ignores weapon initiative penalties in QTE combat mode
Challenge System
- Starter Weapon: Challenge participants now correctly receive a bound Rudis with +1 stat bonus
- Morale Fix: Starting morale for challenge gladiators corrected to 60 (was incorrectly 100)
- Config Sync: Gladiator stats now use config.stat_min/stat_max instead of hardcoded values
